I assume you are at the beginning of the Step 7.

You are using $CHANNEL_NAME, so make sure you have the set the variable and matches to the channel name when you create (i was using mychannel in the channel-artifacts).

Also in cli bash, you don’t need the tls and cafile options as my setup doesn’t use TLS. Meanwhile, also check whether $CHANNEL_NAME is set correctly.
