Thanks for bringing this out. The major issue is some change on configtx.yaml in 1.3 and 1.4. I have done a quick test and after modifying this file and it works. You can make reference to the first-network/configtx.yaml to include those change (mainly on V1_4_3: true), or stay tune for an update on the github repository.
